This site
This notice covers undauntedlab.com. Undaunted Lab is responsible for what you share here. Each of our products has its own privacy notice.
When you send a message
We keep your name, email, the topic you pick and your message, so we can read it and reply. We use it for nothing else: no mailing lists, and we never sell it. To stop the form being abused, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address. It changes every day, and we never store the address itself.
Who handles it for us
Our hosting (Vercel), database (Neon) and email (Resend) providers process it on our behalf, and may do so outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep messages while we need them to reply and follow up, then delete them. Ask, and we’ll delete yours sooner.
Counting visits
We count visits without cookies. We note the page, which products are hovered or clicked, the site that sent you and the kind of device. Visitors are counted with a code that changes every day, so we can’t follow anyone over time. Your day or night choice is saved only in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled them, you can complain to your data protection regulator: the ICO in the UK, the NDPC in Nigeria or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in Canada.
